About Groups.io
Groups.io is a sophisticated internet mailing-list system that also functions as an independent internet communications medium. The platform was created and is managed by Mark Fletcher, a founder of eGroups, one of the earliest internet mailing-list hosting companies. Groups.io went live in September 2014 as an alternative way to use obsolete and abandoned mailing-list services.
Groups can be established, maintained, moderated, and discussed on the Groups.io platform. It integrates mailing-list communication with web applications to facilitate group activities.
